這間小店一直好評如潮,今日終於有時間來支持一下。糕點咖啡如傳聞中好食😍👍🏼 雖然好味指數算不上驚為天人,但每一口都品嚐到溫暖的homemade感覺,這是無可取替的。(而且playlist🎶超正!)。建議前往之前,預先dm小店IG詢問樓下的鐵閘密碼。
Black Tea Burnt Cheesecake🧀($52HKD) 近來大熱的軟心芝士蛋糕,再注入了英式茶味。好喜歡它綿滑、像mousse的口感🤤 伯爵茶戚風蛋糕🍰($56HKD) 口感鬆軟!純主觀評語:戚風蛋糕中間夾住忌廉,視覺上已經滿分。檸檬磅蛋糕🍋($48HKD) 略嫌質感偏乾身,不過這是磅蛋糕的通病。起碼檸檬味夠強!
In order to access @lifeisaquestionmark , you will need to ask them for a password for the gate downstairs. At first, I thought the process tedious, only to regret later that I didn’t discover this place earlier😍 The cakes here are good; I wouldn’t say they’re mindblowing, but the taste of “homemade” is irreplaceable😌❤️ Which serves to explain why I visited twice just within a few weeks!
Black Tea Burnt Cheesecake🧀($52HKD) I like how it was infused with a delicate tea flavour, texture was also smooth like a mousse👍🏼 Rose Salt Earl Grey Chiffon Cake🍰($56HKD) Visuals deserve a full score! Love how they sandwiched a dollop of lightly salted cream in the centre - super appealing🤤 Lemon Pound Cake🍋($48HKD) Crumb was a little dry/tight, but that’s a common problem with pound cakes. At least its citrus notes were strong enough!
